Start with 1 quart size Mason Jar.
Fill in the following order, from the bottom up:
Salad dressing
Protein of choice (cooked chicken, chick peas, tofu, etc.)
Grain of choice (cooked rice, quinoa, coucous, orzo, etc.)
Assorted Veggies, chopped or shredded
(cucumber, radish, beets, carrots, peppers, etc.)
Lettuce
When ready to eat, shake jar vigorously
to distribute dressing throughout. Enjoy!
