Muskmelon
1 c. plain yogurt or whole milk
1 c. orange juice
honey or maple syrup, to taste
Cut melon in half. Scoop out seeds. Cut melon into 2 inch chunks, discarding rind. Freeze chunks on a cookie sheet.
Place frozen melon chunks in blender, filling about 3/4 of the way to top. Add milk or yogurt, and juice. Blend well.
Add additional yogurt, milk, or juice to achieve desired thickness & consistency
Add honey or agave syrup to sweeten to taste, if desired. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
