Curried Squash Soup – adapted from Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon
1 large or 2 small squash or pumpkins

¼ cup unbleached all-purpose flour  
Smashed Potatoes and Cabbage
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onion, diced
