Kale with Lemon Balsamic-Butter
Recipe adapted from Cooking Light on www.myrecipes.com
1 large bunch kale
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
a dash of ground black pepper
